Valmet was reborn through a demerger from the Metso Group. Valmet had to reinvent its development programme and decided to start Champions in Services programme to pull together regional and global talent programmes. All in all 45 talents got through to the first round.

Champions in Services programme enhances understanding of customer value drivers and improves participants´ ability to create scalable and profitable services operations. Talent Vectia has helped Valmet to develop its’ customer experience and services culture. The ultimate goal is to boost growth.

Outcome

Relationship building and business understanding between experts in different parts of the world within Valmet has been strengthened.  The execution of programme projects continues and the knowledge will cascade to local teams and professionals who will drive Valmet’s services business still further.
