Workplaces need a meaningful direction in addition to autonomy
Strong employee experience has been found to have a direct impact on the quality of the customer experience and thereby on the organization’s revenue. Based on the survey results Finnish workplaces allow independent working towards goals, but the organizational goals are unclear to many employees. In addition to independence, people need direction, community, experiences of personal capability, and meaningful work.
