We are now looking for an experienced Leadership Trainer/Coach to join our Verona Consulting team.

We are offering a challenging and meaningful role for an enthusiastic and experienced people and organisation developer. As a leadership coach you will sell, plan and execute client assignments that vary from coaching executive teams to consulting in organisational culture development programs. We often implement our client’s transformation projects in cross-functional teams, so having passion and insight in working broadly across organisations is a great asset.

To succeed as a Leadership Coach and Trainer at Verona Consulting, you need:

  • Passion for helping people, teams and organisations to grow and succeed
  • Proven track record of leadership and organisational development projects
  • Certifications and experience of relevant tools and methods (coaching, people development tools, facilitation)
  • Ability to sell and profitably lead leadership development projects
  • Willingness to work in diverse teams and to continuously learn and share learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English
  • A relevant Master’s or PhD degree

Initial interview

We would like to get to know you better. We will discuss your expectations and targets, and what we possibly could offer you.

Competence based interview

You will meet one of our Business Leaders who best matches your competence. The interview contains a case assignment and an advanced interview.

Aptitude test

We ensure that you are a fit to our work community through personality and ability testing. A reference check follows this interview.

Possible additional interview

Final interview, possibility to discuss details further. Review of aptitude test with the applicant.
